Update Credit/Debit Card

  • Log in to client.scyhost.com
  • Go to Billing -> Payment Methods
  • Click Add New Card or Edit existing card
  • Enter new card details and click Save

    • Set Default Payment Method

    After adding a card click Set as Default for future invoices.

    Auto-Renewal

    Make sure your payment method is valid before renewal. You will receive reminders 7 days and 3 days before renewal.

    Payment Failure

    If payment fails you will receive an email. Log in and pay the invoice manually. Services are suspended after 3 days of non-payment.
