How to Cancel

  • Log in to client.scyhost.com
  • Go to Services -> My Services
  • Click on the service to cancel
  • Click Request Cancellation
  • Select Immediate or End of Billing Period
  • Confirm

    • Downgrading

  • Services -> My Services -> Upgrade/Downgrade
  • Select the new plan
  • Complete the order - price is prorated

    • Before You Cancel

    • Download a full backup from cPanel -> Backup Wizard
    • Export databases via phpMyAdmin
    • Save any email data

    After Cancellation

    Files are kept for 7 days before deletion. Contact support within 7 days to reactivate.
